I have just had my first shopping experience with Covelli and am very happy with the results. I found the customer service in response to questions was excellent and they bent over backward trying to help me with what I wanted. I will certainly be shopping there again.

"What can I say about the service I received at Covelli.
It was great! I'm 50 years old and petite size and I take size 2 in childrens' shoes. I have been shopping at Covelli for the past 5 months. Staff at Covelli were very knowledgeable in fitting a pair of shoes for me. They took measurements of every part of my feet to get the perfect fit, then they sent it of to the shoe manufacture to be made.The result is a shoe that fits perfectly and at no extra cost to me. I was intending to go to a shopping centre to try and get some outfits and a friend took me to Covelli. I am so pleased she did, the service was great, the shop assistants were so helpful in finding and suggesting what styles would look good on me and what would fit me. I purchased 1 dress, 3 skirts and 3 tops that can be mixed and matched to wear dancing or for any occasion. If Covelli don't have an item of clothing in your size, they will not hesitate to order it in for you. The prices at Covelli are very reasonable.
